1.         You are agreeing to a contract. You are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the item(s) from the seller, distributor or manufacturer if you’re the bidder or buyer. You are responsible for reading the full item listing, including the seller’s instructions and accepted payment methods. Your purchase will indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the specific limitations, restrictions and disclaimers set forth. Do not bid or buy if you do not agree to be bound by these terms. We may periodically change the terms, so please check them from time to time, since your continued use signifies your acceptance of these terms, and any changed item.

2.         Accepted payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Official Bank Check and Wire Transfer.

3.         There is a Wire Transfer fee of $20 USD.

4.         Orders over $10,000 USD must be paid by Official Bank Check or Wire Transfer (T/T). We do not accept Letters of Credit (L/C). All orders are pre-paid, no COD.

5.         All sales are final. No refunds or returns, cancelled orders are subject to 10% restocking fee.

6.         Auction payments are due in (2) two business days after listing ends.

7.         Hitech-Sales is not responsible for transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.), exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

8.         Merchandise remains property of Hitech-Sales until payment is rendered in full. Any claim for damaged merchandise should be filed with carrier at the time of delivery. Hitech-Sales is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or replacing defective merchandise.

9.         If you do not agree with any of the disclaimers, product terms, conditions, disclaimers or restrictions listed herein, do not bid or buy.

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all liabilities and warranties, either expressed or implied, including implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product, goods, or process disclosed, and may make changes thereto at any time in its sole discretion without notice or obligation. Further, all information conveyed hereby is provided to users "AS IS."

While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information about our products and services, you should not assume that the information is always up-to-date. This disclaimer by the seller or distributor in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased, is retained by the manufacturers or distributors until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at the time title passes to the purchaser. If goods herein being purchased for the purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the federal government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturer’s warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void.

However, you acknowledge and agree that at no time is the seller making any representation or warranty regarding any third party’s product or services, nor will the seller be liable to you or any third party for any claims arising from or in connection with such third party products and services. You hereby disclaim and waive any rights and claims you may have against the seller with respect to third party products and services, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any of the copyrighted, trademarks, patents, service marks, collective marks, design rights, personality rights, registered rights or similar rights that are mentioned, used or cited in the articles is the property of their respective owners. Their use here does not imply that you may use them for any other purpose other than for the same or a similar informational use as stated by the author. Unless otherwise stated, the seller is neither endorsed nor affiliated with any of the holders of any such rights.

Information is supplied upon the condition that the persons receiving same will make their own determination as to its suitability for their purposes prior to use. Therefore, at your own risk, you are taking full responsibility for your actions. Processing Time(s)

Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer).

Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main Los Angeles, California warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.



Shipping and Handling Rates

Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (express, freight, ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped.
